The New Space Race

This symposium at the University of Washington brings together academics and practitioners to discuss and reflect on critical contemporary challenges related to space law and policy.

This symposium is by invitation only. Participants will discuss essays that are scheduled for publication in the American Journal of International Law Unbound  in 2019. The authors of the essays are identified in the agenda. In order to facilitate the discussion, working drafts of the essays will be circulated separately to the participants prior to the symposium.
